Diana Peñalver’S collaboration
The company collaborated with the talented Theatre Director/Artist Diana Peñalver to imbue the experience with reminiscences of Greek theatre. She crafted a small collection of Greek masks to immerse the audience in a world of mythology and history.
In traditional Ancient Greek theatre, masks were employed not only to represent various characters but also to convey a range of emotions.
CIRCE'S CHORDS delves into the plurality of emotions and characters that exist within every human soul. From composed and rational beings to emotionally disproportionate creatures, this show seeks to embrace both the light and the shadows of our human condition, allowing us to fully appreciate the necessity of both in making sense of our existence.
